Our journey began over 20 years ago when I welcomed my first Schnauzer into my life in 2000. My love for this remarkable breed set me on a path to start my breeding business, dedicated to spreading what I like to call "Schnauzer Joy" through top-quality companions.
In 2013, I was blessed to meet and fall in love with Jonathan, and with his love and support, my passion for breeding these wonderful dogs was renewed. God has blessed Jonathan and me in this journey from the very beginning and continues to guide and sustain us as our breeding program grows. Fueled by the same dedication and enthusiasm that I felt all those years ago, our commitment to raising exceptional Schnauzer companions today and into the future has only strengthened.
At Lap Happy Schnauzers, we believe that Schnauzers aren't just pets; they’re family. Our dedication is to nurturing puppies in a warm, loving environment where they can thrive. TAMMY
Tammy's journey with Schnauzers began over two decades ago, and her passion for these delightful dogs has only grown stronger over the years. With a heart for helping others, Tammy has successfully run a cleaning business for 23 years, where her dedication to service shines through. Her love for community is evident in her active involvement in the connection room at church, where she enjoys meeting new people and building meaningful relationships. At home, Tammy is the heart of the household, known for her friendly nature and her love of cooking and baking for family and friends. Her commitment to nurturing a warm and loving environment extends to her beloved Schnauzers, who are as much a part of the family as anyone else. Her extensive knowledge of the breed ensures that each dog receives the best care and attention. You can often find her singing to her pups or unwinding with Jonathan on the couch, surrounded by their cherished canine companions.

JONATHAN
Jonathan's passion for Schnauzers was sparked by Layla, his first Schnauzer, who became his devoted companion and followed him everywhere. This special bond ignited a deep love for the breed that continues to grow. An avid outdoorsman, Jonathan enjoys fishing and spending time in nature, where he finds peace and inspiration. His involvement with the men's ministry at church reflects his dedication to community and personal growth.
Beyond his caring nature and deep connection with their Schnauzers, Jonathan is also the resident comedian. Whether he's cracking jokes, sharing a funny story, or keeping everyone in stitches with his quick wit, he brings warmth and laughter into every moment. His love for Schnauzers is rivaled only by his love for making people smile. Together with Tammy, he is committed to raising exceptional Schnauzer companions and sharing the joy these wonderful dogs bring into their lives.
